Elements has its head office located at Rooseveltweg 11c, 1314 SJ Almere.
Elements considers privacy important and handles personal data with care. Personal data is any data that describes a person or that we can associate with a person. Elements collects and processes (personal) data only for the purposes for which you leave them. During this process we comply with the requirements of the privacy regulations (General Data Protection Regulation, AVG).
We process the following personal data if you contact us:
First and last name, telephone number, place of residence, (business) e-mail address, job title, contact history, IP address, cookie ID (read more about cookies in our cookie statement) and/or surfing behaviour. This privacy statement applies to all personal data that Elements processes on behalf of clients or which are necessary for the provision of services to clients.
How we use personal data
When using our websites and services, it is possible that you leave certain information with us. Sometimes this can be personal data. What kind of personal data we process is described below.
Explanation and purposes of the use of personal data
Personal data may only be used for specific, explicit and legitimate purposes. Elements processes personal data for the following purposes:
Requesting an offer
Type of personal data: name, e-mail address, telephone number, company name
You can request a quote through our website or our other communication channels. We use this information to prepare and send offers. We also include data in our administration so that we have a clear picture of leads, opportunities and orders and can help you as efficiently as possible.
We process your data with your permission. As far as permission has not (yet) been given explicitly for the processing of your data, we process this data for the preparation (offer), execution and possible termination of the agreement between you and Elements.
When you become a customer of Elements, we are legally obliged to keep certain data for the duration of the customer relationship and for a period of seven years thereafter, for the purpose of business documents such as accounting records and invoices for sales tax.
Digital communication

You can get in touch with Elements via chat, e-mail, contact forms or by contacting us by telephone. The information we collect is used to answer your questions, to set up further communication and to provide you with the desired information. For these data, the legal retention period of seven years applies as long as they are fiscally relevant and for the purpose of business documents.If you are a customer at Elements, we process this data in order to execute an agreement made with you.
If you are not a client, we process this data on the basis of your consent.
Delivery of services and contractual obligations

In order to execute our contractual rights and duties as efficiently as possible, we process your data, such as for invoicing, keeping licences and fulfilling legal retention obligations. We are legally obliged to save this data during the contractual relationship and for a period of seven years insofar as this is for the purpose of business documents. Furthermore, we process this data in order to execute an agreement with you.
Newsletters, information and content
Type of personal data: name, e-mail address, company name
Via our websites, it is possible to download content and information. You can also subscribe to various newsletters. We use your data to send you the requested information. We may also use them for commercial purposes, such as informing you about services provided by Elements or companies in the Makerstreet network.
Applications
Type of personal data: first and last name, address, place of residence, telephone number, CV, motivation letter, VOG (certificate of good conduct) if applicable, diploma, references
Through our work pages you can respond to vacancies at Elements or agencies within the Makerstreet network. When you send us your application, you grant us permission to keep your data for the maximum of 12 months. Your data is then stored in our ATS Workable. After this period expires, we either ask for your permission to keep your data longer in order to consider you for future vacancies, or your data gets automatically deleted from our database. If you wish to withdraw your application and delete your data, you can always do that via a link in the application confirmation email that you receive automatically after applying.
All data is processed on the basis of your consent.
Events
Type of personal data: name, e-mail address, telephone number and company name
Elements regularly organises events for which you can register. The registration details are used to grant access to activities and to be able to contact you by e-mail for business purposes. We process your data with your permission as long as you wish to continue receiving our newsletters.
Data retention period
Elements will not keep your data longer than strictly necessary. If you have any questions about this, please contact us via info@elements.nl.
Provision of personal details to third parties
We treat personal data with confidentiality. Personal data that we collect may in some situations be shared with third parties in order to provide our services. This may include organisations such as debt collection agencies, application suppliers, cloud providers and our accountants. Furthermore, we will not provide the data you provided to other parties, unless you have given us your prior consent, unless this is necessary for the execution of the agreement or unless we are allowed or required to do so by law.
If we work together with organisations that process your data or your customers' data on our behalf, we conclude a processing agreement to ensure a high level of data security and confidentiality. Elements remains responsible for this processing.
The services providers Elements uses are:
Google for the processing of email, route & analytics data;
Workable for the processing of vacancies;
Pipedrive CRM for Marketing automation and processing customer information and orders.
Leadinfo: We use the lead generation service of Leadinfo B.V., Rotterdam, the Netherlands. The tool recognises company visits to our website based on IP addresses and shows us publicly available information such as company names or addresses. In addition, Leadinfo places two first-party cookies to evaluate user behaviour on our website and processes domains from form entries (e.g. "Leadinfo.com") to correlate IP addresses with companies and improve services. When you opt out, your data is no longer recorded by Leadinfo.When transferring personal data to a recipient in a country outside the European Economic Area that does not offer an adequate level of protection, we take measures to ensure that your personal data is adequately protected.

Profiling and cookies
We combine personal data from various online sources (e.g. information entered in a contact form and your visitor behaviour on our website), in order to provide you with the best possible online experience. By combining your data, we can display personalized content on the various websites that match your interests. We can also personalise our e-mails in this way. Rights of those concerned
